This is a beautiful renovated house at St. Claire and Runnymede. Near bus stops to Runnymede Station, grocery stores, and a great coffee shop on the corner. There are 2 upstairs rooms for your use (a bedroom and a large living/work space). You will have use of the upstairs bathroom (for yourself), and upstairs kitchen (shared with homeowners who use it occasionally). You will not have use of any other common areas in the house other than laundry facilities on the main floor. Your privacy will be respected. These rooms are semi-furnished with a queen bed, a couch, a desk, and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Lots of closet space for clothes and storage, rooms are sunny, and there is a small walk out deck off of the shared kitchen. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included. There is street permit parking, and a small park across the street. Please maintain cleanliness of the space.

We are a mid 50’s couple, professional, easy going, left leaning, friendly, clean, and own 2 dogs. You must be ok with dogs, and they must be ok with you. We will not be looking to overly socialize with you, but we are pleasant, and are happy to say hello and ask about your day, or invite you to join us for an occasional meal. We work from home full time. We are quiet (normal living noises and occasionally invite friends/family over). We are home most of the time, but also travel a fair bit. We are seeking a trusting, neat, clean, quiet, person who will care about our home as much as we do.
