This is a quiet comfortable room (with separate keyed entrance) faces north with trees and diffused sunlight. This room is perfectly suited for someone on the go (doesn’t like cooking) or busy serious student and close to college on Ashtonbee Rd, two buses to U of T Scarborough campus, 45 mins to Yonge and Bloor. One side of the room is a daybed with storage underneath, a desk/chair under the window then other side is an area for food prep: mini fridge, kettle, toaster, food storage too. Still enough room to exercise do yoga too. The mirrored closet is large with shelving on top. Common areas: front entrance, hallway, bathroom. Amenities: 24 hr laundry, bus stop at end of driveway goes north to Don Mills station then can go over to Yonge line from there. DVP and 401 is 5 mins drive, 15 mins walk down to Metro Linx takes you east to Kennedy Station or West to Yonge and Eglinton then further westward or south to downtown, 24 hr gas station on block, grocery store, pharmacy, walk in clinics, Starbucks, mani pedi, gym only 5 mins walk, two buses go down to eastern beaches and Queen St East, walking/biking trails parks everywhere. Quiet clean family building with mindful neighbours with decent super. Very safe walkable neighbourhood. Please no vapers, partiers, smokers.

I am currently a remote worker have lived here nine years. I have a sweet cat too she stays on my side of the apt. My section of the apt is separate from the rest of the apt.
