This is a private room with a private bathroom. I will be your only roommate. Property and appliances are only a year old. Located in Kanata North, it is a 10 min drive from the Kanata business park or highway 417. 15 min drive to Tanger Outlets or Kanata Centrum.

I will be responsible for general maintenance of shared areas (cleaning, garbage, lawn care).
