I work from home and need someone quiet and clean. This is a private room with a separate private bathroom; not the master bedroom. I will be your only roommate. Property and appliances are only 2 years old. Located in Kanata North, it is a 10 min drive from the Kanata business park or highway 417. 15 min drive to Tanger Outlets or Kanata Centrum.

I will be responsible for general maintenance of shared areas: garbage, grass, snow.

I will be doing a credit check. If you don’t want a credit hit, please use a free service like Borrowell or Credit Karma.
