It’s a welcoming, homey, peaceful, clean and well-maintained shared space. Located in a quiet neighbourhood… just a 10-minute walk to our beautiful lake! And about 10-15 minutes to No Frills, Sobey’s, etc. NOTE: This is a quiet No pets, No parties, No drugs… and NO Drama home!! Rent is on a month-to-month basis! We’re interviewing. The young lady renting the other bedroom is mature, clean, tidy, respectful, and friendly. She works full-time. Ideal for 20-30 yr old working (full-time) female. The landlady (me) lives upstairs and also shares the use of the laundry room… as well as accessing her food and storage items in the basement. Integrity, Mutual Respect and Responsibility are EVERYthing in this house!
