Hello roomies. I have a bedroom available in a newly renovated basement available. There is a washrooms, laundry, some parking(first come, first serve) and even two large fridges. The room is furnished. The majority of the furniture and appliances are new. The house is located in the Jane and Eglington area.

I am looking for quiet, clean, down-to-earth, progressive long-term renters. The space is shared with quiet, clean hard working individuals. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask.
