I really love the location of this place. It’s close to downtown and Osborne Village, but far enough away from the busy/chaotic parts that it still feels peaceful and quiet. The apartment is right near the river, with lots of trees and a beautiful surroundings, and we have a balcony that’s great for relaxing.

The apartment has two separate bathrooms and a dishwasher, which makes sharing the space really convenient. Safeway is just a short walk away, and there’s a bus stop very close by, so getting around is easy. There’s also a Delta 9 and liquor store nearby, and Corydon is just around the corner lots of restaurants, cafes, and places to hang out.

Overall, I think it’s a really nice balance between having everything close by while still coming home to a quiet and comfortable place.

It’s very important to create a safe and peaceful environment at home. I’m a pretty easygoing and down-to-earth person. I work, stay active, enjoy going for walks, working out, listening to music, watching movies and shows, and exploring the city. I’m social when I feel like it, but I also really value having a peaceful home to come back to. Im at very vulnerable time of my life so having a home that feels safe, comfortable and respectful is important to me. I’m hoping to find someone who is kind, considerate and emotionally mature.
