Personally I love this area. The apartment is roughly a 15 minute walk to any of the hotspots in the city: The University, Broadway, the river, and downtown. Located in the Nutana / Varsity View area, and only 2 blocks away from Delish Cafe. The bedroom available for rent is unfurnished and about 8’ x 10’.

• We pay for Power (~25 Each)

I’m currently renting a 2-Bedroom apartment from ICR at 310 Clarence Ave S, and looking for a roommate that I could get along with!

A little about me (And I’ll keep it short because I’m a yapper). I’m in my 4th year of university here at USask. I love to cook and would love to share. I love thrifting, getting bubble tea, being out in the sun/nature, and reading! I’m also a very social person, I love meeting new people and hanging out with friends (Not super into big group hangouts and parties though… ).

In terms of a roommate I’m looking for: Another university student or someone close to my age. Someone who regularly cleans up after themselves, especially after making a mess (I like cleaning, but not when I’m consistently picking up after others’ messes). Able to communicate and can reach mutually fair compromises. This apartment doesn’t allow smoking or vaping unfortunately. I’m cool with edibles but I don’t really partake atm. Looking for someone who is quietish after 11PM since work has me getting for 7AM :,(
