Personally I love this area. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to The University, Broadway, the river, and downtown. Located in the Nutana / Varsity View area (Pretty safe area), and only 2 blocks away from Delish Cafe. The second bedroom available for rent is unfurnished and about 8’ x 10’.

General Information:

• Heat and Water is paid for by the landlord
• Tenants pay for Power
• Tenants’ insurance is required

I’m currently renting a 2-Bedroom apartment from ICR at 310 Clarence Ave S, and looking for a roommate that I could get along with!

A little about me (And I’ll keep it short because I’m a yapper). I’m a 3rd year student at USask. I love to cook and would love to share. I love thrifting, getting bubble tea, being out in the sun/nature, and reading! I’m also a very social person, I love meeting new people and hanging out with friends (Not super into big group hangouts and parties though… ).

In terms of a roommate I’m looking for: Another university student or someone close to my age. Someone who regularly cleans up after themselves, especially after making a mess (I like cleaning, but not when I’m consistently picking up after others’ messes). Able to communicate and knows how to reach mutually fair compromises. This apartment doesn’t allow smoking or vaping unfortunately. I’m cool with edibles but I don’t really partake.
