Seeking a responsible, considerate and clean individual to share my home with in a quiet north Courtice neighbourhood.
$1100/month, all inclusive. You get:
-a private room, unfurnished; can comfortably fit a queen bed; ample closet space! -1.5 bathrooms, only shared with 1 person (me) -high speed internet, multiple streaming services and all utilities included -in-suite laundry -large shared backyard -some storage space available in garage -1 parking spot on driveway
House is furnished but additions/changes welcome! Ideally looking for a single working professional that is a non-smoker with no pets.
Available as early as May 1st. Open to both short and long terms stays.
About the roomies
Single working professional that is out of the house Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm. I have a 12 year old well-behaved, extremely social cat and am very diligent with cleaning up after her. (It would never be your responsibility). I take pride in my home and keep it very tidy and organized. Looking for someone who has the same mindset and will chip in with household tasks without having to be asked.
I am social and outgoing, but understand if you’re looking to just do your own thing most of the time.
