Room can fit a queen bed. Big bright window. Ample closet space.

$1000 per month. High speed internet & ipTV included. The only extra is hydro, which is split 50/50 each month. Avg $30-50/month depending on season.

House is 2 stories; has 1.5 bathrooms; private deck and massive backyard. One parking space available on driveway. In-suite high efficiency washer and dryer.

Basement is tenanted separately by quiet couple. There is a garage for storage. House is on a corner lot. Fantastic neighbours. Safe community.

Currently I don’t have any pets, but I’m open to having a cat in the space.
