Sub penthouse - 42nd floor. I have a private bed room and bath available. This is an apartment with 2.5 bathrooms, 2 full bedrooms and solarium. The solarium is available for an office or dressing room for an extra charge. You’ll be sharing with one other person. The suite is best suited for a couple or professional female in need of an office. —

The second bedroom is very large and comes with a double bed, dresser, night stand and arm chair. A desk can be available if you need. The room can be unfinished. Private bathroom and closet. City views. East facing.
The building is right across from shoppers, 7/11 , urban fare groceries and 3 minutes to the seawall, skytrain and liquor store.
About the roomies
I’m quiet and spend time in my room. I work evenings and hardly ever cook…Maybe once a week. I live with my two maltipoos.
