I’m looking for a non-smoking roommate to share a large, warm, quiet, and bright 2,000-square-foot apartment.

I’m a research engineer by profession, passionate about everything related to new technologies, music, and cycling. You’ll often see me immersed in a project, so the house remains quiet and conducive to concentration most of the time!

I’m also a balanced, clean, and respectful person—I like the space to be pleasant for everyone. And even if I’m quite busy, I’m always up for a chat over a good meal, coffee, or a BBQ in the backyard!

If you’re looking for a peaceful, respectful environment with a good atmosphere of sharing and independence, I think we could get along well :)

What you’ll have access to: Bedroom with bed installed There are two toilets, two showers, and a bathtub in the apartment (no waiting in the morning). Large, sunny backyard, perfect for relaxing or BBQing.

Pleasant common area: kitchen, living room, and basement are accessible. The basement has storage space for one or more bikes.

Central air conditioning.

High-speed internet (fiber optic) included. Insurance costs also included. Electricity to be shared.

A brief overview of the location: Newly redone floors (sanded in 2024) Good soundproofing (blown cellulose between floors)

Near Jolicoeur Metro Station (Green Line). Convenient for easy access to McGill, Concordia, and ÉTS by metro, bus, and bike. Quick and easy access via the Lachine Canal (great spot for a picnic).
