This architecturally beautiful, twenty six hundred sq ft loft style home is the residence of a semi-retired music composer and meditation teacher who lives downstairs in a separate apartment with separate entrance. This is a factory-loft style building of 18 units facing into a landscape courtyard with no traffic driving by, two blocks from Mary McCormack Park and Rec Centre, 10 minutes from High Park, Sunnyside Beach, Roncesvalles Village or Queen West.

Steps to street cars or a twelve minute walk to either of two subway stations. Two go train stops fairly close and quick access from the Gardiner Expressway.

Very walkable neighborhood - cafés, health food stores, Buddhist temples, yoga studios, music dancing comedy and arts venues, galleries, etc.

No elevators, no concierge, no traffic but living in quiet eighteen unit community of unique lofts owned by professors of arts, architects, artists, designers.

Entrance is from ground level to a private foyer and staircase that leads directly to the second floor apartment.

We have been sharing the entire home as a group but two rooms are coming due at the same time. So we can offer two individual rooms or we could rent out the separate three bedroom apartment (1300 sq ft).

It has its own laundry, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, full kitchen & large open concept dining room, high ceilings, a huge deck, and there could be participation in some food production and gardening in the first floor garden if interested.

Our decision whether to rent out the separate apartment or continue the entire home share will be influenced by best fit.

Our home lifestyle is healthy/quiet.
