I’m a single and young public servant looking for a roommate to rent a room in my town home with a good size guest bedroom (includes a nice queen size bed). It will be move-in ready around November 1st (date is flexible).

I’m looking for someone who is quiet, mature, and responsible tenant, and preferably female. I’m pretty OCD when it comes to cleanliness and live a minimalist lifestyle. Some folks would call me ‘Type A’.

• Spacious room (9’8“ x11’11“), with a comfy queen-sized bed, to be fully made up upon your arrival;

• Modern clean kitchen with updated appliances.

• Fully furnished basement; I call this my ‘woman cave’ where I have my couch and TV!

• Nice clean bathroom (you will have your OWN washroom weehooo!!).

• Full-sized washer and dryer on second floor.

• Toasty gas heating for winter; cool central air for summer.

• Access to the entire house!

• If you have a car, parking is in a large shared driveway; or on the street.

• Located in the Findlay Creek area.

• If you don’t have a car, there are several local buses – there is a bus stop right down the street (Check the bus routes on the OC Transpo website.)

Your rent of $1,100/month excludes heat, hydro, water, and internet. I’m also willing to be FLEXIBLE on this!

Available November 1; first and last months’ rent required.
