I’m a single and young public servant looking for a roommate to rent a room in my town home with a good size guest bedroom (includes a nice queen size bed). It will be move-in ready around August 1.

I’m looking for someone who is quiet, mature, and responsible tenant, and preferably female. I’m pretty OCD when it comes to cleanliness and live a minimalist lifestyle. Some folks would call me ‘Type A’.

• Spacious room (9’8“ x11’11“), with a comfy queen-sized bed, to be fully made up upon your arrival;

• Modern clean kitchen with updated appliances.

• Fully furnished basement; I call this my ‘woman cave’ where I have my couch and TV!

• Nice clean bathroom (you will have your OWN washroom weehooo!!).

• Full-sized washer and dryer on second floor.

• Toasty gas heating for winter; cool central air for summer.

• Access to the entire house!

• If you have a car, parking is in a large shared driveway; or on the street.

• Located in the Findlay Creek area.

• If you don’t have a car, there are several local buses – there is a bus stop right down the street (Check the bus routes on the OC Transpo website.)

Your rent of $1,100/month excludes heat, hydro, water, and internet. I’m also willing to be FLEXIBLE on this!

Available August 1; first and last months’ rent required.
