In August/September we’ll have a bright, spacious, furnished bedroom available in our basement (much like a studio), for ONE student. PRIVATE, fully equipped kitchen and a PRIVATE 3-piece bathroom. Access to laundry facilities. Entrance to the room is a few steps from the front door, so fairly private. Parking is available for a small sized car. We’re an 8 min drive to the UofG (or easy bus routes), a 3 min drive to CONESTOGA COLLEGE SPEEDVALE CAMPUS, (or one short bus ride). Walking distance of a plaza, Tim Horton’s, COSTCO, Zehrs, Banks, Community Centre, Pool, Library and Parks (Paisley & Imperial area). Looking to find a quiet student. We do have a medium-sized dog and a cat! Monthly rent is $875, first and last month rent required, as well as References.
