A cozy furnished private bedroom to decorate with your own style; and your own private bathroom with lots of natural light from the sky lights, in the beautiful West End of Downtown Vancouver. Your room can have a TV and bar fridge with a queen sized bed, bedding and black out curtains. Living room has TV, computer, turntable, fireplace etc. for communal use. I rarely use the living room. It also has privacy curtains you can pull across for movie nights.

The Apartment: -flexible on move-in date.

• apartment is furnished -Available bedroom comes furnished or can be arranged to be unfurnished.
• Kitchen has all the appliances- dishwasher, fridge, electric stove, microwave, dishes, toaster, cookware, espresso machine, distiller etc. -The Apartment has an In-suite laundry and/or coined laundry on 1st floor. -There is City street parking permits available. -The #5 Bus Stop is just a few steps away.
• 1 bicycles available that I share that you can use for the beautiful sea wall rides or just commuting around down town. -endless restaurant’s and cafes just out side our door and a 1 min walk to the beach!

Hello All, I have been living in the Westend for the past 8 years and absolutely love it. This is the perfect place to be in Vancouver. I’m friendly, easy going, spend my days off out in the parks and beaches or on road trips on my motorcycle. I respect your space and privacy. I work Mon-Fridays days in Healthcare, sometimes weekends or evenings as needed. The bedrooms are different sizes each has their own bathroom. I am open to switching out bedrooms for the right roommate. I am looking for a roommate who can also appreciates the outdoor beauty and amenities of this blessed corner of life :)
