About the room
A cozy furnished private bedroom to decorate with your own style; and your own private bathroom with lots of natural light from the sky lights, in the beautiful West End of Downtown Vancouver. Your room can have a TV and bar fridge with a queen sized bed, bedding and black out curtains. TV, computer, turntable etc. also in living room to use.
There is a full dining area, living room with gas fireplace and a balcony with top floor living in our low rise building
The Apartment:
- Is furnished -Available bedroom comes furnished or can be arranged to be unfurnished.
- Kitchen has all the appliances- dishwasher, fridge, electric stove, microwave, dishes, cookware, espresso machine, distiller etc. -The Apartment has an In-suite laundry and/or coined building laundry. -Gas fire place -Balcony shaded by trees and flowers -There is parking available for $100 extra/monthly. There are also City street parking permits available. -The #5 Bus Stop is just a few steps away.
- 2 bicycles available that I share that you can use for the beautiful sea wall rides or just commuting around down town :) -endless restaurant’s and cafes just out side our door and a 2 min walk to the beach! :)
About the roomies
Hello All, I have been living in the Westend for the past 6 years and absolutely love it. This is the perfect place to be in Vancouver. I’m friendly, easy going, spend my days off out in the parks and beaches or on road trips on my motorcycle. I respect your space and privacy. I work Mon-Fridays days in Healthcare, sometimes weekends or evenings as needed. I am looking for a roommate who can also appreciates the outdoor beauty and amenities of this blessed corner of life :)
