LONG TERM ONLY COMES WITH ADORABLE DOG. He’s small, hypo allergenic, and will always greet you with a toy! There’s coin laundry in the building. Street parking with a permit. And so many food options and cafes around. TTC is close by as well as the UP/GO. This apartment is perfect for someone who doesn’t have a lot of furniture. Internet is extra as well as an AC fee in the summer that we split 50/50. Close to high park and roncy!

Hello! My names Brittany, 33. I moved here to pursue an acting career but I’m also a content creator. I’m VERY clean and keep a tidy living space, and except my roommate to do the same in all spaces. I would say I’m over my partying phase, but don’t mind going out once in awhile or making cocktails at home. I love to dance, be outside, travel, go to concerts, and kick it back with some tv shows (I GOT A TEXT! iykyk). I’m a homebody when it’s cold but you won’t see me around when it’s warm.
