Private bedroom rental listing in female roomie household! We are a shared female student/workers roomie household with one private bedroom available to rent for a female individual. The house is a large 5 bedroom, 3 bath modern and recently renovated house in the Polo / St James area, on Riverbend Crescent - Excellent location!! Less than a km from Polo Park, 5 kms from Health Science Centre / UofM Bannatyne Campus and University of Winnipeg. Perfect for university students. All the other girls in the house are in univeristy or just recently graduated and starting in the worn field. One girl is leaving us at the end of her lease due to needing to be back with family in Toronto so her private bedroom with shared washroom (with one other girl) on the upstairs floor of the house will become available to rent for July 1, 15 or August 1 for a 12 or 13 month lease (depending on start date).

The household dynamic is focused on school and studies during the week, with some fun on the weekends although nobody is a big partier or drinker. We like to occasionally all get together for movies or gossip in the shared living room or go out as a group but very often we are each busy with our own work and school schedules. We’re looking to rent the bedroom to someone that may fit our roomie dynamic and would love to invite someone new into our household!

$600/month for the private room room, includes all utilities: electricity, heat, ac, water and wifi! Rent includes access to large fenced backyard and one driveway parking spot.

Close to bus stop. High efficiency furnace with central air/air conditioning. Shared kitchen and living area that are fully equipped with everything including couches, tv, table, chairs and anything you’d need to cook/bake in the kitchen (as pictured). Room will be unfurnished so all you’ll really need is your bed and whatever you want in your bedroom! Washer and dryer in basement that everyone can use. Large driveway with addition resident street parking.
