Access to full bathroom shared with one other female student, a shared kitchen/living space on main floor with access to laundry machines located in basement. This warm, quiet, home offers a very respectful and ideal study environment and is located just minutes to Conestoga College Doon Campus. Just a 5 minute walk to bus stop and a 10 minute walk to amenities at plaza offering various shopping and restaurant options. The bus ride is 10 minutes to Conestoga College Doon Campus. This home is shared with one friendly cat that is social and well behaved. The townhouse is exceptionally clean and quiet environment. Parking is available for additional fee.
