About the room
Furnished room available May 1st.
An extremely spacious house (two living rooms) in a really good area. 29th Ave skytrain 5ish min walk away. Kingsway 5 mins in the other direction.
House is fully furnished. Your room can be furnished or unfurnished, whichever you prefer!
House comes with all main appliances, plus a few extras we’ve picked up along the way.
Bills are separate.

About the roomies
32 year old Irish male and 31 year old Korean female in the house.
We are both quiet and very friendly people. We can guarantee a positive environment in the house.
If you want to socialize with your roommates or do your own thing we are happy with either!
We happily take care of the house and garden duties. These are shared tasks so some housework will be required (just keeping the place clean).
The landlord is a truly great person, which is the main selling point in my opinion.
The roommates must be respectful of the house, of each other, and of the neighbors. That is all we ask.
