I’m currently looking for two female roommates to share a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom townhouse that is located about a kilometre from Lakehead University. The property is roughly 1200 sq ft with a shared kitchen, dining area, living room, and washroom. All utilities are included (water, electricity, heating, and internet). There is also on-site free laundry and year round street parking. A 1 year lease, first and last month + security deposit required. The unit will be freshly painted and refurnished in July.

I’m a graduate student at Lakehead University and will be moving in to the unit this summer so having fellow students would be nice! I am a high school teacher in my mid-twenties. I love camping, canoe trips, rock climbing, snowboarding, hiking, and baking! Looking forward to chatting :)
