My housemate and I are looking for another housemate to share a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom townhouse that is located about a kilometre from Lakehead University. The property is roughly 1200 sq ft with a shared kitchen, dining area, living room, and washroom. All utilities are included (water, electricity, heating, and internet). There is also on-site free laundry and year round street parking, which is no more than a minute walk to the house. A 1 year lease, first and last month + security deposit required. The room will be available on September 1.

I’m a graduate student at Lakehead University. I am a high school teacher in my mid-twenties. I love camping, canoe trips, rock climbing, snowboarding, hiking, and baking!

My housemate is studying at Confederation College. She enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, karaoke, and a good coffee!
