Seeking a roommate to share a renovated bungalow on a beautiful 20 acre property. The actual house number will be provided to successful applicants.

Located on a quiet road 5 minutes from the Islet Lake day use area (and dozens of km of multi-use trails in Cooking-Lake Blackfoot). 15 minutes from Tofield, 25-30 min to Sherwood Park and 50 minutes from downtown Edmonton. $1000/ month, Wifi and utilities included. Plus $900 damage deposit.

You will be renting the partially finished walk out basement with your own entry. It consists of a spacious bedroom (173 ft2), an en suite full bathroom (56 ft2) and a living area with storage closets (270 ft2). Includes large windows that look out into the forested yard.

Shared laundry downstairs and shared use of kitchen upstairs. Renter would also be welcome to set up a kitchenette in their unit downstairs.

Negotiables/ Extras:

I am a working professional with a love of the outdoors and animals. I like to keep busy with many projects at home as well as volunteer for several wildlife organizations. The house will include my two dogs, two cats, and various reptiles and amphibians. On the property are a few friendly pigs, sheep, rabbits and occasionally horses. I hunt on the property and there is an opportunity for you to as well. I regularly commute into the city for work and also work from home.
