The room is new, fully-furnished, and internet and utilities are included with rent. Kitchen is equipped with a shared fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. Lots of natural light in kitchen/living area with floor-to-ceiling windows. Residence commonsblock has a fitness room, group study spaces, meeting rooms, ballroom, and fireside lounge. Located near several basketball courts, tennis courts, playing fields, and beaches. Laundry facilities are card-based and located on the apartment building’s ground floor.
Available anytime, for a minimum rental period of 30 days, between July 1st and August 27th. Please meet the UBC sublet requirements before reaching out. Need to be 19+, a UBC student, and male.

About the roomies
Roommates are fellow UBC students, keep to themselves, and will do their share of the housework. Some other rooms may also be under summer sublease. I will not be residing in Vancouver for the term, but will do my best to help and accommodate you however I can.
