Sunny furnished room with air conditioning for rent in spacious Leslieville townhouse.

The house features a spacious open-plan living area and kitchen with laundry facilities.

We are surrounded by some great restaurants, cafes, shops, vintage stores and parks. From here, the TTC will get you into the city center in 15 minutes. Leslieville is ideally located between the city and the beaches. We are a 10 minute walk to FreshCo, Canadian Tire, FarmBoy and Loblaws. We’re also just around the corner from film studios like Revival and AstroLab.

Rent includes all utilities, including wifi, hydro, gas and quarterly water fees. A parking space is available for an additional fee.
