The house is a 5 minute walk to the City Market Brewery District. It’s walking distant to restaurants, bars, Staples, Winners, Fitness4less, Made by Marcus, etc. There’s plenty of street parking, and stall parking available for a fee.

About the roomies
A little bit about myself, I’m a manufacturing engineer that works regular office hours. I enjoy going out with friends which is why I love this neighbourhood.
The other roommates are two ladies (working) and one other guy (sciences student in uni).
