Located walking distance from the University of Calgary and Uni District. There is a full kitchen and living room with lots of space for cooking and storage. All utilities are included with the rent. This is a 12 month lease beginning on September 1st.

We are a group of girls who enjoy spending time together whether it is in the outdoors or going out, movie nights are also common in our house hold! We are also a group that values and respects privacy and time for ourselves, creating an environment that’s a place for friendships but also a place to unwind, relax, or focus on school. Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves and complete household chores. I am looking for someone who is responsible, clean, and outgoing, this area is perfect for UofC or SAIT students!
