I am a mature female professional in my early 30s. Down to earth. Love getting out to the mountains and meeting new people. I am looking for a very clean, responsible, student or working professional to share the house. I’m mindful of noise in the evening and I can do my thing quietly. I don’t tend to have a lot of guests, but if I plan to, I’ll let you know so as not to interfere with your plans/activities. Both bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets. All the shared spaces such as the living room, dining room, and kitchen are fully furnished. Hoping to become pals with whoever I live with. This is a great location very close (5 minute walk) to the Tuscany LRT; 10 minutes to U of C; 20 minutes to SAIT; 30 minutes to downtown by Ctrain. Have to be okay with dogs! I have a 5 year-old Catahoula leopard. He is a sweetie! Open to short or long term.
