Hi there! We are looking for a female roommate to move in with us.

Here’s a bit more detail:

Location: Just a 1-minute walk to a grocery store, McDonald’s, and a coffee shop, with transit access only 2 minutes away. Tons of nearby amenities and easy commuting options.

Room: $900/month, unfurnished, with a shared bathroom. The shared areas (ex. living room, kitchen) are all furnished.

Apartment: Brand new building with air conditioning, gym, co-working space, and game room.

Security: Incredibly safe area with full FOB access to the building and all amenities.

Parking: Underground available for an additional cost. Utilities & Internet: Not included in rent.

About Us: Two female university students (26 & 24), friendly, clean, and respectful.

Pet: 1 cat. Prefer no other pets but open to discussion.

I am a female student at UofC, busy most of the time but happy to be friends with my roommates and do things together when our schedule aligns! :)
