Hi there! We are looking for a female roommate to move in with us.

Location: Just a 1-minute walk to a grocery store, McDonald’s, and a coffee shop, with transit access only 2 minutes away. Tons of nearby amenities and easy commuting options.
Room: $1,300/month, unfurnished, with a private bathroom. (negotiable)
Apartment: Brand new building with air conditioning, gym, co-working space, and game room.
Security: Incredibly safe area with full FOB access to the building and all amenities.
Parking: Underground available for an additional cost. Utilities & Internet: Not included in rent.
About Us: Two female university students (26 & 24), friendly, clean, and respectful.
Pet: No pets currently, but open
