TTC bus stop is directly across the street. UTSC, Centennial College, Kennedy subway and Guildwood Go are only 20 mins away by bus. The 401 is only 5 mins away by car.

I am a Marketing and Communications professional, in my late 20s. I work 9-5, some days from home, so looking for someone who’s generally more quiet during the week. I do have friends/family over occasionally , so ideally, you’re okay with infrequent guests. I’m hoping to create a fun, respectful, and tidy environment where we both feel comfortable. There’s a set cleaning schedule for shared spaces, and I’m looking for someone who can stick to it and help keep things clean. I do have a cat but he lives with my parents so he only comes over when my parents are out of town once or twice a year.
