The condo is bright, clean, and fully furnished in all common areas. Utilities included are gas, water, internet, cable. Hydro is extra but usually around $50 a month. Or you can pay a flat fee to be included in your rent.

Washer and dryer included in unit. Parking on roadside or $50 for underground parking. The condo is walking distance to No Frills, Food Basics, banks, and food spots. TTC bus stop is directly across the street. UTSC, Centennial College, Kennedy subway and Guildwood Go are only 20 mins away by bus. The 401 is only 5 mins away by car.

I work from home 2 days a week, so I’m looking for someone who’s generally quiet during weekday work hours. I do have friends/family over occasionally , so ideally, you’re okay with infrequent guests. I’m hoping to create a fun, respectful, and tidy environment where we both feel comfortable. There’s a set cleaning schedule for shared spaces, and I’m looking for someone who can stick to it and help keep things clean.
