Rue Sainte-Rose

I am looking for a female roommate. The address is 1825 rue saint-rose, which is a one-minute walk from the Papineau subway station. The house is a 2b2b (but you need to go to my bathroom to take a shower, and there is only one shower). The monthly rent is $950, excluding internet, and there is no furniture. The environment is good, close to large supermarkets (metro and super c), and there is a subway station 30 meters away, which is very convenient. It takes about 12 minutes to get to McGill University and Concordia University by subway. There are no loud parties, no strange smells, and no noise at midnight.
