I currently share my home with two male roommates, both of whom are working professionals with busy work schedules and active social lives. Altogether, we are three working professionals sharing the home.

I reside in one of the three private bedrooms on the upper floor. One roommate occupies the second upstairs bedroom, while the other occupies the basement, which does not have a separate entrance. The basement includes a private washroom (toilet and sink). As there is no shower in the basement, he comes upstairs only to use the shared shower.

Both roommates lead independent lifestyles and spend the majority of their time at work, out with friends, or in their own private spaces. It is also not uncommon for them to be away from the home for several days, weeks, or even months at a time due to travel or extended visits with family and friends.

They are calm, patient, friendly, approachable, quiet, respectful, and considerate individuals who maintain a clean, smoke-free, and drug-free lifestyle. Their positive attitudes and respectful nature contribute to the calm, comfortable, welcoming, and harmonious atmosphere of the home.

I’m looking for someone who leads a relatively quiet lifestyle, is mindful of noise levels, takes pride in keeping shared spaces clean and tidy, communicates openly and respectfully, and treats everyone with kindness, courtesy, and consideration.

Respect for privacy, personal space, and personal boundaries is essential, as is a genuine commitment to maintaining a peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming home for everyone.

Reasonable daytime guests are permitted with prior permission. However, neither I nor my roommates have guests over. We all value a quiet, private, and low-traffic home and choose not to invite guests in order to maintain a peaceful living environment.

As a result, unfamiliar faces and unexpected visitors are virtually nonexistent, providing everyone with an enhanced sense of comfort, privacy, and security.

I place the absolute highest priority on cleanliness, good hygiene, respectful conduct, respect for others privacy, personal space, and personal boundaries, as well as maintaining reasonable noise levels, ensuring safety, and preserving a clean, peaceful, strictly smoke-free, and drug-free home environment.

These standards are fundamental. I take them extremely seriously and expect every occupant to respect and uphold them at all times.
