As a landlord, i respect each person’s privacy and personal space. I am not a controlling, intrusive, or overly restrictive landlord, and I do not micromanage the day-to-day lives of those living in my home. I believe adults should be treated with dignity, courtesy, and respect, provided that agreed upon rules and expectations are followed.

I strive to be fair, reasonable, approachable and easy to communicate with. I do not use housing as leverage in disagreements, make threats, or create unnecessary conflict. My goal is to maintain a positive, respectful and stable living environment where everyone feels comfortable, secure and treated fairly. In return, i expect the same level of respect, responsibility, and consideration from anyone sharing my home.

This living arrangement is based on a periodic agreement and is intended to provide flexibility for both parties. You are free to move out at any time if your circumstances change or the living arrangement no longer suits your needs, provided that at least 30 days written notice is given.

Ideally, I am seeking a responsible, considerate, clean, quiet, and easygoing individual who values a respectful and harmonious living environment, someone who leads a relatively quiet lifestyle, is mindful of noise levels and treats shared spaces with respect and consideration. This is a strictly non smoking and drug free household and only non smokers who maintain a drug free lifestyle will be considered.

To maintain a comfortable and peaceful home, overnight guests, sleepovers, parties, and other social gatherings are not permitted. A calm and peaceful atmosphere, particularly during the evenings is important and expected in order to ensure a comfortable living experience for everyone in the home.

I take cleanliness, hygiene, noise levels, respectfulness, safety and maintaining a smoke/drug free environment extremely seriously. These are strict, non-negotiable standards in my home and are not subject to compromise, exception, or repeated reminders.
