The room is a big room with its own (not shared) bathroom. Everything is new and I can provide furniture. You need your own beddings, and quilts. Note the kitchen is a simple one. No big stove. There is an induction stove hot plate, and a camping propane stove. It is more suitable for a cook/chef or someone works in a restaurant, as they do not need to cook at home. You and one other roomie share the kitchen and living room.

There is one roomie living in another room. He has his own bathroom (not shared). He is quiet, and non-smoker. I live on the lower floor in the house, so you don’t see me a lot. I am a semi-retired lawyer. I like to garden, look after my plants, fish pond, and my dog. He is Alaskan Malamute. He is very loving and strong. I am very clean, cheerful, and respect others and others’ privacy.
