About the room
The room is a big room in a two-bedroom unit. The two bedrooms share one bathroom. Everything is new and I can provide furniture and beddings, if you need. The other room is even bigger, having 2 double beds. I plan to rent out the other room to two girls/boys. Note the kitchen is a simple one. No big stove. There is a hot plate, and a camping hot pot propane stove, but you need to buy propane. It is suitable for a cook/chef or someone works in a restaurant, as they do not need to cook at home.
About the roomies
The two-bedroom suite is on the same floor with another one-bedroom suite. Right now there is a chef living in the one bedroom suite. He is quiet, and non-smoker. I live on the lower floor in the house, so you don’t see me a lot. I am a semi-retired lawyer. I like to garden, look after my plants, fish pond, and my dog. He is Alaskan Malamute. He is very loving and strong. I am very clean, cheerful, and respect others and others’ privacy.
