A bright, east-facing room with a private washroom available in an end-townhouse situated in a north Oakville neighborhood. Arched windows with raised roof bring charm to the room! More spacious than you’ll find in condos - can easily fit a queen bed, even king but it does come furnished with one tween bed if you don’t want to bring your own.

Just minutes away from grocery stores (Fortinos, Walmart, Real Canadian Superstore), Hwy 407 and Dundas, trails, parks and community centre - and just a few minutes walk from the nearest bus stop. Sheridan or other students are welcome.

Utilities and internet included. The room is furnished with a twin bed and a desk+chair, but I can remove them if you have your own furniture. For a single occupant who is clean, considerate and quiet.
