About the property

Walking distance from pretty much everything you would need. Right off the 102, which provides great access to all of HRM. Close to frequent bus routes.

Apartment is furnished, the room you would be in is unfurnished, although the student who is currently staying with me has done pretty well with some of my extra stuff.
