You will not be sharing a bathroom and it will be private. No other renters will be with you or around you. Parking spot available on my driveway. I am located in a house in Oakridge area off of Wonderland and Riverside. 14 min from UWO. Close to shopping and bus stops. utilities included. I am looking for short term and or long term renters. It’s only my daughter and I and we are quiet people and clean. Lights are dimmable and new pot lights in room. The area is quiet and nice. $850.00 a month. You will be coming through a garage entrance and leaving through garage. Only 1 renter. Please message with details about yourself, details about dates.
