Room for rent newly renovated with walk in closet located downstairs with newly renovated bathroom and new laundry in the room beside it. No kitchen! I can provide a new microwave and mini fridge. You will not be sharing a bathroom and it will be private. No other renters will be with you or around you. Parking spot available on my driveway. I am located in a house in Oakridge area off of Wonderland and Riverside. 14 min from UWO. Close to shopping and bus stops. Internet and utilities included. It’s only my daughter and I and we are quiet people and clean. Lights are dimmable and new pot lights in room. The area is quiet and nice. 750$ because it’s utilities and wifi. bed can be included for abit more or If you want to bring your own bed you can. You will be coming through a garage entrance and leaving through garage. Only 1 renter please. Please message with details about yourself, details about dates and length of time.
