Room available in 3 bed 2 bath apartment located in the golden triangle! This is a beautiful apartment close to Elgin and uOttawa with a large eat-in kitchen, separate dining room, and in-unity laundry. Street parking is also available. The apartment is in a relatively quiet and small condo building where we are the only renters!

Note: The bedroom has a Murphy style bed with a (comfy) custom mattress that cannot be removed. If you already have a bed, there is a storage locker where it can potentially be stored.

Hi! I’m a 23 y/o young professional from Ottawa working in consulting :) The 3rd bedroom will likely be occupied by my friend, another young professional. We are ideally looking for another graduate student or young professional. We’re social and like to keep the space clean! We’d also be looking for new furniture and decor for the apartment if you’d like to put your own spin on it :)
