The bedroom, 13.5ft by 11.5ft with a big closet and some extra space by the door. You also get a non-ensuite half bathroom. The shower is shared, located in my bathroom. The kitchen is average sized. You’ll get some cupboard and drawer space just for yourself. Same for the fridge and freezer, some just for you, and some shared. There is a brand new, over-under washer and dryer in the closet hallway, just for us, and a tiny bit of storage available under the stairs, in a little cubby.

Rent is $700, which includes rent, internet, and utilities. (I pay $1100 to incentivize people in keeping their portion of the place clean.) You will need tenant’s insurance, so budget a little extra for that. (About $20-30/month.) Lease ends in June.

I’m a non-binary grey-ace furry in my late 20’s. I work a standard 7-4/Mon-Fri type job, and like to game and go for walks in my downtime. I’m on the autism spectrum, so I’m very direct and equally open when communicating.

I also have sensory issues, so I keep a very clean place. What seems like show home level clean to some. Would need a roommate who knows how to clean up after themself. (Please do ask questions about this, it really important to me.)
