Fully stocked kitchen (responsible for own food). Large balcony with view of experimental farm and downtown (can view fireworks from balcony). Unit is furnished and bathroon is shared with mature professional female and well behaved cat (no other pets permitted). Located in quiet neighbourhood near trails and view of experimental farm. Close to amenities, Algonquin College, Univerity, Dows Lake and bus just out side the door. Additional fee for parking. Unit has central air. All utilities (heat hydro water) included as well as wifi. Unit is clean and individual must be willing to committ to maintaining cleanliness and regular cleaning schedule. Suitalble for single individual, no guests.
