The home is located in a prime area, within walking distance to grocery stores, a walk-in clinic, cafés, and restaurants (both fast food and dine-in), and directly across from a public library. Public transportation is very convenient, with nearby bus stops and the GO Bus station just a short walk away.

The house also features a beautiful deck overlooking a golf course, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. A friendly cat lives in the home and will be happy to welcome you.

We are a female-only household, maintaining a very clean and organized home. We respect each other’s space and occasionally share delicious dishes from our countries of origin. A sweet, affectionate cat also lives here, adding warmth and charm to the home.
