This upgraded beautiful luxury home with double garage, 8 car parking spaces and closed to 5,000 square feet of living space (including lower level finished basement) NON-Smoking, NON Vaping private co-ed residence located in a SAFE, QUIET, Prestige and Upscale neighbourhood.

It is almost like living in UTM campus since this luxury co-ed home is situated directly across from University of Toronto Mississauga Campus (UTM).

This One Minute WALK to UTM location is Extremely Convenience to the students who attend University of Toronto Mississauga Campus since UTM students will have more time to study by eliminating the Bus commuting time.

UTM students will appreciate this One Minute Walk to UTM location even more during the Long Winter Season since the weather in Mississauga will be Cold, Snowy and the temperature will be Freezing in the Winter Season. Avoid the agony of a long walk or a long wait for the Mississauga bus in a harsh Cold Winter.

In addition, Shopping and entertainment are very convenient in this location since the Mississauga Bus Stop is right at the doorstep and it is about 15 minutes bus ride to Square One that is the biggest indoor Shopping Mall in Ontario. There are many shopping malls, stores, supermarkets and restaurants nearby and they are accessible within 5 minutes car ride.

The Owners reside in this lovely co-ed home as well to keep the home safe, clean and tidy at all times. The rent includes Rogers High Speed Internet, heat, hydro, water and central air conditioning.

However WE HAVE TWO MAJOR REQUIREMENTS THAT MAY NOT BE SUITABLE TO EVERY UTM STUDENTS.

(1) One of our major house rules is No Visitor (boyfriend, girlfriend, friend, parent, relatives, etc) allowed through out the term of the lease in order to protect the safety and privacy of all Residents in this house. Hence NO Renter’s Visitor dropping in or staying overnight allowed through out the term of the lease.

(2) In addition, we only allow simple, light cooking using Toaster, Microwave Oven and Counter Top Convection Oven. Hence we do not allow stove top cooking or stove oven cooking by the students through out the term of the lease.

We have three (3) rooms available for rent. All the rooms have big window, large, bright, clean, spacious and furnished.

Students must have a valid UTM Email address to receive the detail information package. In addition, applicants must be a Non-Smoker, Non-Vaper, quiet, considerate, well manner, clean and tidy student.
