Room comes with a big comfy Posturepedic bed and a nice dresser. 5 mins from bus routes - Full internet and TV service hooked up and ready to go. Utilities included. No pets.

It is the upstairs of one half a duplex, and the landlord lives downstairs; some yard work expected, not much needs to be done. We are largely hoping for someone who can stick around, it’s a pretty quiet and stress-free place where people like to just do their own thing.

No smoking in doors, but no fuss about smoking in the car port or on the balcony

I’m pretty sociable, but if you wanna keep to yourself that’s fine too. I prioritize not having weird tensions and excessive formality if I can, but people tend to be more comfortable with a very specific separation of the space (like designated cupboards/fridge space) and that’s acceptable. I make good food sometimes and I’m usually happy to share.

If we can find someone who wants a decent, cheap place for a good while and doesn’t mind pitching in/has basic courtesies for the space, that’s the minimum - If they’re also someone who likes to socialize, that’s especially welcome!
