We are looking for one woman to join our house share. We genuinely like sharing our home. Students are welcome if the goal is studying and getting through school well.

Rent includes your private bedroom on the main floor and everything except your personal items and food. It has a lot of storage for a small room, gleaming hardwood, soft blue walls, nicely furnished with a huge window that opens. We are surrounded by green and quiet, not concrete and neighbours. There are custom made blackout curtains and soundproofing. The fully renovated bathroom is shared with one person. There are only two of us, both women. The LR, DR, Kitchen, laundry and large, fully fenced and private backyard are all yours to share. You will often have the house to yourself. We are busy.

The house has been completely renovated. It is near Chinook mall and an easy walk to the C train. Shops are very close by. It is furnished with good quality furniture and new appliances. I own the house, live here and have no plans to sell.

There are two of us in the house on the main floor. I’m a healthcare professional who retired early. My roomie is a very active 69 year old who still works and spends a lot of her freetime visiting her first grandbaby. We get along very well, and watch out for each other, but we have independent lives.
