Looking for a quiet and respectful roommate to occupy one private room in our shared house located to 210 Clarence Ave North, Saskatoon, close to USASK, parks, downtown, cafés and restaurants in Broadway. Everything is within walking distance, and there is a bus stop right in front of the house. Availability: Immediately The room is large and bright, located on the second floor, with plenty of natural light and a pleasant view of the neighborhood. Parking is available for up to 3 cars. The kitchen includes deep freezers to keep your food fresh and frozen, and each room have an additional small fridge. Monthly rent: $690. Utilities and internet: $100 A one year lease is preferred, with the possibility of extension if both parties agree. We take turns cleaning the common areas weekly, and everyone is expected to clean up after themselves. The unit is not pet friendly. Smoking and partying are not allowed.
