Hello! I’m renting out a comfortable room in my home at Yonge and 16th, super close to the bus station for easy transit. The room is available starting September and is perfect for someone looking for a friendly and social living environment.
About the Room: • Bright and cozy, fits a single mattress comfortably (furniture stays as is) • Rent: $700/month, all utilities included + high-speed Wi-Fi • The bathroom is shared with my adorable British Shorthair cat (her litter box is in there) and occasionally visiting friends • No balcony access
Condo Amenities: • Gym, yoga room, theater room, indoor and outdoor pools • BBQ area and 24-hour security • Parking available for rent (no free parking)

About the roomies
I’m a 31-year-old male who works full-time, 5–6 days a week, from 7AM to 5PM. I leave home around 6:30AM and get back around 5PM, so you’ll have the place to yourself most of the day. I live alone with my cat and enjoy having friends over now and then. I love movies and music, which I usually play until around 11PM on weekdays and midnight on weekends. Smoke-free home (vaping is okay).
