The house features a really nice and spacious living area, a garage (which you can use for a storage or for a car if you have one!), in-unit laundry, and a backyard! In addition to the room you’ll also get a closet just outside the room to yourself. The price provided includes all utilities and internet and represents the maximum you’d pay; typically you’d pay much less. Water is paid for every 3 months and adds to the total utility bill. For the other months, the total paid would be more in the range of 915-940 all included.
Really nice location; very close to Christie Pits and Bickford Park, Christie and Ossington stations, 126 bus, and neighbourhoods like Koreatown, Bloor Court, Seaton Village etc.
