Hello! Looking for someone to take over my room in a 4 bedroom house. The house features a really nice and spacious living area, a garage (which you can use for a storage or for a car if you have one!), in-unit laundry, and a backyard! In addition to the room you’ll also get a closet just outside the room to yourself. The price provided includes all utilities and internet and represents the maximum you’d pay; typically you’d pay much less. Water is paid for every 3 months and adds to the total utility bill. For the other months, the total paid would be more in the range of 915-940 all included.

Really nice location; very close to Christie Pits and Bickford Park, Christie and Ossington stations, 126 bus, and neighbourhoods like Koreatown, Bloor Court, Seaton Village etc.

You’ll be sharing the house with 3 other roommates, all professionals in their 20s. One lives in the basement, the other two live on the second floor (where this room is located) and are who you’d be sharing the bathroom with. They’re all very friendly and easy-going!
