If you like any of the furnishings in the pictures I’m open to leaving them to you, they’re all in great condition for an additional cost so the room and house comes ready to move in. Since July and August are super close, the rent can be negotiable for those two months but September onwards it will be $1600. Your roommate is a very sweet and nice person! She’s super clean and respects your space but is also very friendly and social. We’ve never had a problem making schedules and keeping the house clean and we’ve always respected each others privacy. She’s working full time and is 25 years old. Overall one of the best roommates you can ask for and won’t give you any peeps of trouble!
