Currently there are two people and a single cat. Myself (39 yo male) and Alex (20 yo f). We both work from the mornings and spend most of the day out of the house.

Smoking, cannabis is fine if done outside. Pets are to be considered after meeting with my cat Jack to gauge friendliness, but room solo pets such as birds, hamsters, lizards are no problem.
