Only kitchen and living room is shared with nyself as a serious male professional wjth an early schedule and no partying and no drinking. I do not have any pets but if you have a cat that is allowed.

I am not able to accommodate any late night lifestyles because of my early business schedule. I do not smoke, I do not drink and I do not party and this place is not for any of that lifestyle. This is a completely quiet place after 10:30pm because of my business routine. Weekends there is a bit more flexibility. Its also reasonably equal duties for cleaning in kitchen area. These things need to be listed because of some bad experiences with renting out in the past. I have had one good experience and it was rented to an Air Canada pilot who had proper standards.

5 minutes from Go station. Not too far from Pearson. Utilities and internet included. Common laundry on main floor. Common gym on main floor.
