This is a non smoking, no drugs environment and I dont drink either. But I don’t mind if the other person has a drink.

Only kitchen and living room is shared with myself - a male professional wth an early schedule. I do not have any pets but if you have a low key pet then that is accepted.

I am not able to accommodate any partying or any late night loud lifestyles because of my early business schedule. I do not party and this place is not for any of that lifestyle. This is a completely quiet at night after 1030pm because of my routine. Weekends there is a bit more flexibility.
