Only kitchen and living room is shared with myself - a male professional wjth an early schedule and no partying and no drinking. I do not have any pets but if you have a cat that is allowed.

I am not able to accommodate any late night lifestyles because of my early business schedule. I do not smoke, I do not drink and I do not party and this place is not for any of that lifestyle. This is a completely quiet place after 11 pm because of my routine. Weekends there is a bit more flexibility. Reasonably equal duties is fair for cleaning in kitchen area.

5 minutes from Go station. Not too far from Pearson. Utilities and internet included. Common laundry on main floor. Common gym on main floor.
