I am not able to accommodate any partying or any late night loud lifestyles because of my early business schedule. I do not smoke, I do not drink and I do not party and this place is not for any of that lifestyle. This is a completely quiet at night because of my routine. Weekends there is a bit more flexibility.

5 minutes from Go station. Not too far from Pearson. Utilities and internet included. Common laundry on main floor. Common gym on main floor.
