I am looking for 2 roommates for my current lease of apartment/ condo I am vacating at Don Mills/ Wynford area. It’s an unfurnished room, The unit is approximately 1100 square feet in area / 3 bedrooms.
The balcony is NOT included in the area of the unit, but we have a balcony with a great view!
PRICE - Full rent price is 3300, so shared in 3 would be 1100 each, or 1650 - 1450 if 2 people. Utilities included. ( landlord for pricing) Laundry and dryer inside apartment.
UNIT - Offering 2 bedrooms with a shared lease. There are common areas inside the apartment - living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony. Condo has pool, billiards, bowling area, wood shop.
Move in date: August 31
About the roomies
There will be no roommates, unit would be vacant! This apartment was previously shared comfortably by 4 people (a couple and two roommates) - 2 bathrooms, One in the bigger suite on the back and 2 rooms that are approximately same size that have a shared bathroom. Spacious kitchen+ living room and huge balcony with a view to the park. You might see some cute bunnies when coming in to your home!
