Centrally located in quiet family oriented neighbourhood, it is a shared accomodation with one tenant sharing the Living Room which has been converted into bedroom with comfortable Queen size bed and a seperation. It has an office desk with chair, Couch, fireplace, access to a large patio to soak up the sun in the summer. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, Dishwasher, and all the wares. It also has ensuite laundry with washer and dryer. Bathroom has been renovated last year. It has a lot of closet space. The fully equipped Gym and outdoor swimming pool is located at the back of the building.

There’s only one other Room mate, who is a Graduate from UBC in Environment Preservation, originally from Vietnam, working at UBC. He is a very nice gentleman, quiet, respectful individual, busy with work and studies.
