It is a medium-sized bedroom with a large window and a big closet. We have 2 bathrooms shared between us and we have a washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, mini-fridge and microwave. We are a 2-3 min drive from Safeway, Starbucks, and Shoppers and we are a ~20 min walk from Holdom Station.

The bedroom comes unfurnished and the included photos are how the last tenant decorated it. The bed pictured is a queen, so downsizing to a twin would save a lot of room. We also have 3 large storage spaces in the suite.

I am 23 and female going for my 3rd year at SFU for Psychology and Criminology. The other two are 22 and 26 and male and both film students at Capilano University. We are looking for another student who would get along with us well. We’re really friendly and enjoy doing movie nights or dinner nights together.
