My son and I live here, we both have our own room and bathroom, both working professionals, very private and respectful of others privacy. My son and I enjoy the outdoors and volleyball so when weather is nice we will plan outings or may light up the grill and do a small BBQ or just watch a movie. Private, clean tranquil atmosphere.
